OCU assesses employee satisfaction through a variety of internal and external surveys. Internal surveys are conducted for the sake of learning and making improvements. External surveys by Great Colleges to Work For and Oklahoma City Business's Best Places to Work demonstrate OCU's high level of employee satisfaction.
OCU uses a review of data from survey and benchmarking against other universities.
