The Planning Facilitation Committee: Executive committee, Board of Trustees, Trustee Strategic Planning Committee.
JJR/FSB Master Planning Team: Community Advisory Committee, Campus Advisory Committee, Focus Group, Open House Constituents.

The groups lead the discussion and facilitate the process of discovery and development. They also help facilitate open forums, regarding the process and outcomes.

A brief description of the plan’s measurable goals :

Measurable goals are as follows: growth opportunities, image and identity, community interface, new partnerships, and development of a learner-centered educational community. These can all be found on page two of the OCU Campus Master Plan, and Oklahoma City University: Blue Goes Green.

A brief description of how progress in meeting the plan’s goals is measured:

The Oklahoma City University Sustainability Council is working to coordinate sustainability plans. A newly implemented program, Blue Goes Green, includes recycling, two on campus community gardens, landscaping improvements, ice cooling for buildings, all campus admissions (1.2 million pages) are made from 100% recyclable content or Sustainable Forestry Initiative paper, timer ran lights versus photo cells so that energy is not wasted on cloudy days, and so far replacing 90% of all lighting standard light bulbs with Energy Star high-efficiency bulbs.
