Oklahoma City University plans to further implement a rigorous, personalized education from which leaders emerge. The university plans to increase visibility and strength by recruiting and retaining superior faculty and students. An emphasis will be placed on non-traditional students in the campus community. Campus events attendance plan will be enhanced, such as performances and cultual activities.

The strategic plan entails bringing in more outside scholarships. Enhanced marketing communications to help the awareness of the community will also be key in implementing a steady source of scholarships. Continuation of United Methodist Church relations and mutual programs will be strengthened.
