Does the institution prioritize the use of native plant species in landscaping?:
A brief description of the native plant program, policy, or practice:
A grant for planting trees on campus has been received and a requirement for that grant is that the trees planted are native. The plants and trees planted in the previous year have been predominantly native. Out of the 40 new trees that were planted last year only one was not native.
