A brief description of the vegan dining program:
There are always several vegetarian options in the cafeteria, everyday items are: Baked potatoe, Brown rice, vegetables, cheeze pizza, grlled cheese sandwhich and a vegeterian burger. In addition to that there is daily vegeterian dish offered and 3 times a week there is also a completely vegan option in addition to the salad bar.
----A brand new raw foods vegan bar has been unveiled with vegan options during the lunch and dinner time hours. Variety of non-dairy milk type products are also available- rice, almond, soy. Breakfast also has vegan options in the fruit and egg substitute.
