A brief description of the garden:
The OCU COmmunity Garden consists of several prepared beds of plants such as broccolo, lettuce, cauliflower, Swiss chord, peppers, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, basil and other herbs. In addition to to be used by food services, the produce is used by faculty and staff, and student volunteers, and leftover food is given to the Oklahoma regional Food Bank through their "Urban Harvest" program.
