A brief description of the methodology used to track and calculate the number of recordable incidents of work-related injury or ill health :
All first aid incidents are reported by first aid attendants using an electronic first aid record form which is routed to a database managed by the OHS department. First aid incidents are categorized as first aid, medical aid, or ambulance. Additional injury and illness reporting forms for exposures, after the fact reporting, or gradual onset injuries are available to workers on the OHS webpage. Injury statistics are compiled and reported on a monthly basis.
