A brief description of the institution’s efforts to support alternative fuel and power technology in its motorized fleet:

Ohio University currently has 3 hybrid (gasoline-electric) vehicles within the campus rental fleet and 4 electric vehicles within the Transportation & Parking Services internal service vehicle fleet. Ohio University also offers 5 public (10 spaces) charging units and 1 service vehicle (2 spaces)charging units to provide service for campus and community member electric vehicle charging needs.
