A brief description of the sustainability newsletter or social media platform:
The Office of Sustainability sends a biweekly e-newsletter to all members of the campus and local communities who have signed up for the newsletter. The newsletter contains sustainability announcements, upcoming events, opportunities and sustainability in the news.

Signage

Yes

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:
McCracken Hall, home of the Patton College of Education, included in its LEED renovation project a comprehensive interior signage program including extensive wall art and an interactive digital display to inform the occupants and visitors of the aspects that make McCracken a green building. The interactive display and slideshow also explains how the McCracken project included sustainable features during construction.

The OHIO Ecohouse has signage for sustainability features such as its pollinator garden, solar PV array and solar thermal system.

Native plantings on campus have signage to indicate that they are intentional.

Sustainability map or tour

Yes

A brief description of the sustainability walking map or tour:
A Sustainability Walking Map is available so individuals who cannot attend a tour (see below) can facilitate their own sustainability-focused walking tour of campus.

Tours are available for the OHIO Ecohouse, the compost facility, and campus storm water features at https://www.ohio.edu/sustainability/tour-request.

Official University Newspaper: The Ohio University Post regularly covers sustainability news on campus and in the community. The Ohio University Communications and Marketing office has staff members who work with the Office of Sustainability to publish sustainability news in university publications including OHIO News (formally Compass), Employee News, and OHIO Today, as well as with the issuance of press releases. Sustainability is regularly featured through announcements of advancements in the Sustainability and Climate Action Plans, upcoming sustainability events, sustainability awards received and explaining grants.
