A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about student commuting, including the timeframe for when the analysis was conducted and how a representative sample was reached, if applicable:
A transportation survey was emailed to all Ohio University faculty, students and staff in Fall 2016. Only 565 students responded to the survey, so the results are an estimate only. In an effort to gauge additional responses, the transportation survey will be included in various transportation related emails throughout 2018 to obtain additional information.
