Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
Data provided CY16 for Printing Services contracts and for all general paper purchases through our preferred paper vendor, Office Max. Data provided from vendors by Diana McGrew, Assistant Director, Strategic Sourcing and Operations, Procurement Services (various dates).
No recycling spend data was available for Printing Services, so although Printing Services does purchase some paper with post-consumer recycled content (0, 10, 30 and 100% post consumer recycled content), all of their paper is reported as 0% post consumer recycled content.
Recycled spend data is missing for part of the Q4 2106 data for Office Max (transition from Office Depot to Office Max), so all paper from that time is counted as 0% post consumer recycled content.
