OHIO Zero Waste Team

The mission of the OHIO Zero Waste Initiative is to reduce the waste footprint at Ohio University thanks to support from the Sugar Bush Foundation, a supporting organization of the Ohio University Foundation. The team of staff and students, housed at the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs, partners with Campus Recycling and Zero Waste and the Office of Sustainability to create a culture of heightened waste awareness on campus and beyond. The group works to advance zero waste practices and "green" events by providing facilitation, education, special projects, and outreach services to student organizations, academic departments, and administrative units.
