Part 1. Greenhouse gas emissions inventory
A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:
Data was collected by office admin, faculty, and students. The Police, Maintenance, and Sustainability departments provided scopes 1, 2, and 3 data. Data were compiled and analyzed by New Hampshire's Sustainability Indicator Management & Analysis Platform (SIMAP) carbon and nitrogen-accounting platform. Scope 1 for Police Department fleets they provided their monthly invoices which indicates how many gallons they purchase per transaction. To collect for the nitro gas consumption of the campuses we also based it on the invoices per month and the same approach was made to gather data for Scope 2 and 3. Data covers school year 2019 - 2023.
Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
A brief description of the GHG inventory verification process:
Documentation to support the GHG inventory verification process:

A brief description of how the institution accounted for its Scope 3 emissions:
Data were gathered from different offices. For purchased goods and services they provided us with copies of the invoices through which we were able to determine the specifications of the items purchased.
