A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Sustainability office gets a 15 minute presentation slot at every onboarding session given to new employees at the college. During this session, the sustainability specialist provides newly onboarded employees information about green initiatives at the college and ways they can become involved. This time is also used to talk and discuss climate change, waste reduction, and ecological preservation at the campus. Attached is the onboarding presentation given to all new employees.
