Nova Southeastern University has partnered with a variety of complexes within a close distance of the campus to provide rent rates that are typically lower than other leasing offices. There are specific housing opportunities for Undergraduates, the Graduate medical programs, and the Oceanographic Campus, that are within walking or biking distance, as well as have access to the NSU Shark Shuttle program.
Additionally, the school partners with local realtors to provide housing deals for students who live locally.
