1st program
Sustainability 101 Lecture Series
A brief description of the employee educators program (1st program):
This lecture series is conducted every few weeks throughout the winter semester. Faculty members give presentations explaining their contributions to our sustainability efforts on campus. This event is open to all students and faculty, but predominated by faculty members. 35 employees on average attend the program regularly, but the entire staff is notified about the events. Examples of peer to peer outreach activities include: power points, worksheets, open discussions, and question/answer sessions. The educator leads his/her peers in these activities.
