There are approximately 2500 students in the Halmos College of Natural Sciences and Oceanography, which is where most of the sustainability courses occur. The number of graduates from the following undergraduate degree programs have elements of sustainability within the degree program: Department of Marine and Environmental Science, Department of Biological Sciences, and the Department of Chemistry and Physics.
