We have a partnership with Sightlines Sustainability Solutions. They created a survey that the entire university had access to via email. This was issued for FY2015. It will be issued again in 2017.

The survey was distributed via University email to the entire University.

A brief summary of results from the cultural assessment, including a description of any measurable changes over time:
Communication of initiatives happening on campus as well as communication educating what the initiatives mean has lots of room for improvement. Since this survey was conducted we as a University has implemented changes to address communication.
