Course descriptions that included language which stated, suggested, or hinted towards the STEM environmental fields, environmental/ human interactions, sustainability, or business sustainability economics were included in the course offering sheet. Sustainability Coordinator Megan Knights studiously reviewed both the undergraduate and graduate course offerings for both the fall and winter semesters to find these courses. Each course description includes the title, department (or equivalent), and level of each course.
