A brief description of the farmers’ market:
"Baking & Pastry Art" and "Boulanger & Baking Art" programs blend service and learning in ways that use program-developed skills, knowledge and behaviours to serve others at the campus, within the College and in the community. Products created are regularly sold to the campus students, staff and visitors thereby providing a service otherwise not provided.
At times, their products are also produced and sold for charity fundraisers.
