The biennial Transportation Survey is administered to all Northwestern graduate students, faculty, and staff, as well as a sample of 2,000 undergraduate students. The Survey is administered using Qualtrics survey software and distributed using bulk email. Two follow-up reminders were sent, the first a week after the initial release and the second on the day the survey closed.
