The Northland College Student Association (NCSA) is the centralized student government at Northland College. NCSA has representation at all levels, from the Board of Trustees, to the Sustainability Work Group, to the President's Council. NCSA holds regular elections to determine representation (e.g. students elect one or more of their peers to represent them at the various levels).

Do the institution’s non-supervisory staff members have an elected representative on the institution’s highest governing body?:
Yes

Staff Council has representation at all levels, from the Board of Trustees, to the Sustainability Work Group, to the President's Council. Staff members select which of their members will represent them at the various levels.
