The Sustainability Hub for Innovation & Environment (SHINE) offers professional development trainings and tours for NMU employees. The Campus Sustainability Walking Tour is the the most popular program and the University's Admission team and Human Resources Office invite SHINE to host the tours and train employees on campus sustainability efforts.

The audience is primarily full-time employees at NMU and includes admissions counselors, departmental office staff, administrators, and even the University's Board of Trustees has participated in the program.
