6.4. USGBC LEED Certification
The State of Arizona mandates that all state facilities achieve LEED Silver certification as established by the United States Green Building Council on all new buildings and renovations.

All projects will adhere to the most recent version of USGBC LEED standards as of the date of the DP contract. Projects will use the most recent LEED project management software to register, document, and certify projects. The DP must register the project with USGBC within five (5) days of the execution of the DP contract.
