Total energy consumption, performance year:
659,039.03 MMBtu

Clean and renewable electricity (report kilowatt-hours):
kWh MMBtu
Imported electricity from certified/verified clean and renewable sources (i.e., bundled green power purchases) 0 Kilowatt-hours 0 MMBtu
Electricity from on-site, clean and renewable sources (rights retained/retired) 886,361.11 Kilowatt-hours 3,024.26 MMBtu

A brief description of the certified/verified sources of clean and renewable electricity:
---

A brief description of the on-site renewable electricity generating facilities/devices:
We have:
2 Installations of solar hot air heaters (Distance Learning and ROTC)
3 Solar PV installations (South Solar field, San Fran garage, International Pavilion)
2 Solar hot water installations (ARD and HLC)
4 wind turbines

Clean and renewable thermal energy (report MMBtu):
MMBtu
Clean and renewable stationary fuels used on-site to generate thermal energy 0 MMBtu
Imported steam, hot water, and/or chilled water from certified/verified clean and renewable sources 0 MMBtu

A brief description of the clean and renewable stationary fuels:
ARD's building solar thermal pre-heats water for kitchen and bathroom sinks.

At the Health and Learning Building 35 percent of the domestic hot water is provided by 51 solar thermal panels on the building's roof. This renewable energy source exceeds three percent of the total building energy usage.

We have two innovative solar hot air heating systems and a solar wall system: http://nau.edu/Green-NAU/Renewable/

A brief description of the certified/verified sources of clean and renewable thermal energy:
---

Unbundled renewable energy products (report kWh):
kWh MMBtu
Purchased RECs, GOs, I-RECs or equivalent unbundled renewable energy products certified by a third party 10,254,000 Kilowatt-hours 34,986.65 MMBtu

A brief description of the unbundled renewable energy products:
RECs - Green-e US Wind Purchased through annual contract with 3 Degrees Certified under the Green-e Energy National Standard v3.3

2015-2020: 15%, unbundled RECs starting in Nov. of 2015
Prior to 2015: NAU buys 10% from APS's Green Energy Program.

Total clean and renewable energy generated or purchased:
38,010.91 MMBtu

Percentage of total energy consumption from clean and renewable sources:
5.77

Geothermal ---
Natural gas 100
Other (please specify and explain below) ---

A brief description of other sources of building heating not specified above:
NAU's primary heating is through centralized steam and high temperature hot water systems.

We have two innovative solar hot air heating systems and a solar wall system: http://nau.edu/Green-NAU/Renewable/

There are surely a few small space heaters in offices across campus that are not counted or metered.
