Our minimum benefit eligible compensation amount is currently $10.50 per hour. Benefits include retirement, health insurances, life insurances, disability insurances, paid time off, and tuition assistance. The amount of compensation depends on the employee’s benefit elections.
Any employee who works more than 20 hours for more than 20 weeks is eligible for voluntary benefits (medical, vision, and dental), life Insurance, and retirement plans for partners, dependents, and spouses.
