This data was collected by Tom Cislo, although everyone on campus should purchase computers through him, there were surely some rouge purchases. So, although he reports 95% Gold and 5% Silver. I assumed a conservative 10% of purchases were made randomely and dropped the percentages to 86% and 4%.
