Yes

A brief summary of papers, guides, presentations, and other resources the institution has developed to share their sustainability experience with other institutions:

- Partner with University of Alberta on research (welding affects on women).
- Partner with University of Alberta on programs for mechanical engineering students re use of CNC (computer numeric controls) manufacturing equipment.
- Partner with Keyno College and Northern Lakes College on the delivery of aboriginal specific programing in rural Alberta.
- Partner with Northern Lakes College on Boreal Research Centre, received $2 million NSERC grant.
- Two living roof project underway on longer term testing, one in partnership with municipal building the other with a regional engineering company that is incorporate NAIT designs into new projects.
- Applied Research Chairs (each funded by $3million donated endowments) in Tailing Ponds Reclamation, Boreal, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

- Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC) Applied Research Consorduum.
- Sturgeon River Watershed Habitat Enhancement Study.

A brief summary of additional ways the institution collaborates with other campuses to advance sustainability :

- NAITs current areas of applied research include well site reclamation and wet lands remediation in the Boreal Region of Canadian with Northern Lakes College and Shell Canada.
- Currently working with Ledcor Construction on applied research in Oil Sands Tailing Pond reclamation.
- Working with corporate, municipal, and educational partners monitor water quality and research the impacts of culverts, ridges, roads, livestock, industry and municipal recreation activity on watershed.
- NAIT has created a mobile water/waste water training delivery program which can train remote (mostly aboriginal) communities in safe and environmentally effective water treatment practices. With the funding from a corporate sponsor a 53 foot trailer was equipped and travels to these communities with equipment required to train, test existing equipment and suggest improvements to weather treatment facilities.
