A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is confidential information, counseling and referral service for you and your immediate family members. The EAP is designed to provide you with direct access to experience professionals who will help you resolve your problems before they affect your health, family life or job performance.
Confidential Assistance is available for a broad range of personal and work-related concerns which may affect you or your family, such as:
• Relationship Issues
• Grief Support
• Family Transitions
• Separation and Divorce
• Retirement and life changes
• Parent/Child relations
• Childcare and elder care services
• Legal advisory service on family, estate and criminal law
• Adolescent services
• Nutritional counseling with a Registered Dietitian

Services can be delivered over the phone, through e-mail or through traditional face-to-face counseling.
