A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s), including information to support each affirmative response above :

- At North Seattle College, counselors are faculty members with master’s or doctoral degrees. And Counseling is located in the Student Success Services Area.
- During examination periods, Student Leadership organize events that help student to relax and recharge so that they can be well prepared for exam, activities including: free massage, relaxing lounge and art therapy ,etc.
- The Roy Flores Wellness Center at North offers Free Drop-in classes for all full-time students, and staffs, faculties as well as community members with memberships. Classes include yoga, kickboxing, zumba, etc
- North Seattle College also has an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided through WSD Personnel of Washington State. The EAP is provided to help employees with their personal or work related problems through counseling, referral, and assistance with supervisory issues.
