The Student Environmental Club, EARTH, meets weekly in the college cafe. Standing for 'Environmental Action and Restoring the Heritage' they work to increase action regarding environmental and social issues on campus. From their charter...
"The time is now! Environmental Action to Restore the Heritage, E.A.R.T.H. seeks to develop a community based upon action. The purpose of the E.A.R.T.H. Club is to plan and execute projects that encourage environmental stewardship on campus and in the community. We also promote fellowship among NSCC students who care about the environment by holding events, volunteering in the community, participating in recreational outings, and hosting education of environmental ideas and issues. Please help us to restore the heritage."
