A brief description of the event(s):
On January 20th, 2010 North Seattle Community College hosed a sustainable food fair for its students. Speakers included Chaco Canyon Café, Theo’s Chocolate, Vegetarians of Washington, Cedar Grove Composting, and Seattle Tilth (Master composter). The Food Fair served to inform students, staff, and faculty about the importance of eating local and composting in the cafeteria.
