There is a total renewable electric capacity of 165 kW, and there are 165 solar thermal collectors.

NC State has solar thermal installations at the following locations: Carmichael Gymnasium, NC Solar Center, Facilities Operations Support Space, the and Alumni Center.

There are no off-site institution catalyzed projects at this time.

NC State has not purchased any RECs. Any RECs that NC State accumulates are from on-campus renewable energy sources.
