- SPA salary ranges are established by the Office of State Personnel based on market data; NC State does request geographical differentials when necessary to maintain competitive edge
- NC State Human Resources establishes salary ranges based on market data for EPA Faculty, EPA Non-Faculty and EPA SAAO positions
