The Campus Environmental Sustainability Team (CEST) will:
1. Set direction for sustainability on campus through strategic planning
2. Chair the CEST Working Groups
3. Provide monitoring, communication and accountability for adherence to the sustainability strategic plan and related commitments

Although members are appointed, the CEST is structured in a way that any person can participate in the decision making through joining a Working Group. The appointed members are:

The University Sustainability Office is the clearninghouse for campus sustainability; integrating the principles of balanced environmental, social and economic sustainability into the culture of NC State using program development, educational outreach, campus engagement and collaborative partnerships.
