Ketchem University Program Specialist Waste Reduction and Recycling |
Does the institution have a program to reduce residence hall move-in waste?:
A brief description of the program:
Cardboard recycling dumpsters are located throughout the residence hall (RH) areas. Educational signage is placed in the residence halls and outside near the dumpsters. Installments (flyers hung in RH bathrooms) are hung prior to student arrival to make sure students are educated on proper waste handling from the beginning of the year.
