Does the institution have a surplus department or formal office supplies exchange program that facilitates reuse of materials?:
A brief description of the program:
Daily, surplus is picked up from campus. Everything is available for transfer back to campus all month long (except the day before the Friday Surplus sale). Once a month, items not transferred are made available for the general public for purchase. Materials Management is also aligned with State Surplus to send them items valued over $150 so we can utilize their web site to sell to a broader market.
