A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory:
Rachel Brown, the Research Grants & Contracts Officer in Niagara Research and Innovation used the definition of Sustainability Research to cross reference against the active research projects in Fall 2015 to identify which projects would be considered Sustainability Research. Once the projects were identified the faculty associated with those projects were identified, as well as the academic department they represent.
