A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:
The Niagara College Wellness Committee increases awareness and participation throughout the College community in regards to healthy living and working practices in order to promote wellness. This is facilitated through workshops, newsletters and a variety of college events and projects. Niagara College also has counselling, advisory, and support services available to all employees.
