A brief description of the themed semester, year, or first-year experience:
The 2012-2013 is the first Sustainability Themed Year in which each month will host a different theme relating to sustainability. There are many different campus events, campaigns, volunteer opportunities, sustainability challenges and activities available for students, employees, and community members. events and activities will each reflect the monthly theme between September to April aimed at educating and engaging students, employees and community members. Some of the themes include waste, water, paper, energy, biodiversity, food and globalization.
