A brief description of the program:
The Niagara Environmental Corps (NEC) organizes a number of different activities for their members to do including tree planting, campus and community clean-ups, and hiking. The NEC also partners with local organizations for some of these activities. Partnerships include the Niagara Bruce Trail Club for hikes, the Niagara Restoration Council and the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority for the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup, restoration projects and community cleanups.
