The Office of Global Inclusion, Diversity, and Strategic Innovation (OGI) provides expert consultation, resources, and innovative strategies to help guide the university toward a more inclusive future. We are committed to helping students, faculty, staff, and alums discover and engage with a holistic range of resources at NYU. In addition to our centers and communities, OGI is part of a broad spectrum of programs and services that span across the university level, with additional resources housed within NYU schools.
Appointed by school/unit senior leaders, the GIOC are leaders in their respective fields who are charged with building capacity related to inclusion, diversity, belonging, and equity.

OGI offers a wide range of training and educational programs with topics related to inclusive practices related but not limited to: LGBTQ+ communities, disability, race/ethnicity, religion and spirituality, inclusive teaching, inclusive management, dialogue, and language.
