The reviewer selected was not involved in assembling any components of the STARS submission. The reviewer was provided with a download of the STARS submission. The reviewer completed the required review template and returned it to the staff preparing the submission. Staff responded to each credit with comments from the reviewer. Staff met with the reviewer to answer questions and resolve flags. The reviewer provided an email stating that inconsistencies and errors were addressed.
