Students can also come for in-person services via appointment or drop-in hours or speak to a counselor via chat. The Wellness Exchange is also available for students who just need to talk or to call about a friend. Counseling and Wellness Services and the Wellness Exchange also offer psychiatry services, group counseling, and workshops to enhance personal, academic and social wellbeing. For staff and faculty, NYU offers Carebridge Life Resources, NYU's Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Carebridge Life Resources provides support for personal and family problems in contemporary life. These confidential services are provided at no cost. Areas include: employee assistance, wellness, family & relationships, and life management.
