The energy consumption from all NYU-Owned buildings is put into an online energy management platform that tracks and benchmarks energy consumption in these spaces. The software provides weather-normalization, EUI, and GHG emissions reports and is used by NYU's to track energy consumption in these spaces.

Additionally, all NYU buildings that are greater than 25,000 square feet report and benchmark their energy use in accordance with New York City Local Law 84 of 2009.
