A brief description of the certificate program(s), including the year the program was created:
The NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business offers a 14-week certificate in Corporate Sustainability that is targeted to business executives and professionals.
The certificate program provides participants with the ability to help their business be a force for change through environment, social, and governance (ESG) investing, sustainable supply chain management, employee and consumer engagement, sustainability marketing, and more. With companies facing greater demands for transparency, societal challenges such as poverty and inequity as well as natural resource constraints like less available water and a warmer climate, the program teaches critical skills for executives and business professionals to be successful in business and society.
