A brief description of the program:
The NYU bus system offers two free scheduled routes for faculty, staff, alumnus, and students during the fall and spring semesters. The routes connect the Washington Square campust hat are beyond a reasonable walking distance from the center of campus. The system operates when classes are in session from 7 a.m. to 12 midnight on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 12 midnight on weekends.
Additionally, NYU offers a Safe Ride program. Safe Ride is a shared ride, on demand van service, intended to provide safe overnight transportation to and from NYU facilities during the fall and spring semesters at times when buses do not operate. Safe
