A brief description of the incentives or programs:
The NYU Faculty Housing and Residential Services Office is a comprehensive housing resource for University faculty. The office works directly with the Provost, faculty, senior staff, the deans, department chairs and other NYU constituents on all housing matters. The office assigns housing units, sets lease terms, and oversees homeownership programs.
NYU is committed to developing homeownership programs for its faculty and staff. Currrently, there are three active programs that eligible affiliates are encouraged to consider: the Homeownership Program-2, Riverwalk Condominiums, and the Points Reimbursement Program.
