NYU meters the following in its buildings:
1) Purchased electricity
2) Purchased natural gas
3) Purchased steam
4) Cogen-produced electricity
5) Cogen-produced hot/chilled water (on a limited basis)
Additionally, fuel oil orders are added in to the same database such that MMBTU totals may be produced.
