Does the institution limit free printing for students in all computer labs and libraries?:

A brief description of how printing is limited:
Students are given a certain amount of sheets of printing a semester. When they go over this amount they are charged for each additional sheet. We have computer labs and classroom labs that are monitored and the students are taught to be careful with their printing and encouraged to save documetns as pdf's instead.
